Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for technical and functional roles, ensuring a positive candidate experience and collaboration with stakeholders.
Primary Functions / Responsibilities
- End-to-End Recruitment: Own the full recruitment lifecycle for technical and functional roles, from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring timely and high-quality hires.
- Sourcing Candidates: Utilize multiple channels—including job boards, LinkedIn, social media, employee referrals, networking, and niche platforms—to attract and engage top talent.
- Screening and Interviewing: Conduct thorough resume reviews, phone screens, technical assessments, and panel interviews to evaluate candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Global Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with international BU leaders and hiring managers across regions to understand workforce needs, define job requirements, and create compelling job descriptions and candidate profiles.
- Candidate Experience & Engagement: Maintain proactive communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process to ensure a positive experience and strong employer branding.
- Market Intelligence & Strategy: Stay abreast of industry trends, talent market insights, and competitor hiring practices to inform sourcing strategies and support workforce planning.
- Data Management & Analytics: Track recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, candidate quality, offer acceptance rates) and provide actionable insights to improve hiring outcomes.
- Collaboration & Process Improvement: Collaborate with other recruiters, identify process inefficiencies, and implement best practices to enhance overall recruitment effectiveness.
Job Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications (Must-Have)
- 7–10 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment, ideally with exposure to global or multi-location hiring.
- Proven experience recruiting for IT, Healthcare, and Revenue Cycle Management roles.
- Hands-on experience with various interview formats: phone, virtual, technical, and panel interviews.
- Expertise in sourcing strategies, including Boolean search, LinkedIn, Naukri, social media, and other relevant platforms.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), preferably Workday.
- Strong reporting and data analysis skills using Excel or other tools, with the ability to generate meaningful insights.
- Solid understanding of HR practices, labor laws, and compliance requirements.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, IT, or related field; MBA in HR or equivalent is preferred.
Additional Qualifications (Nice-to-Have)
- Experience leading campus hiring initiatives
- Exposure to employer branding initiatives or recruitment marketing.
- Familiarity with workforce planning, hiring budgets, and diversity hiring strategies.
