You will collaborate with an experienced recruitment team, gain access to active client mandates, and utilize established delivery processes, allowing you to concentrate on your core strength—identifying and engaging top-tier talent.


RequirementsKey Responsibilities
  • Oversee the entire recruitment process for Engineering and Leadership roles from start to finish.
  • Identify and source top-tier candidates using LinkedIn, professional networks, referrals, databases, and market mapping techniques.
  • Perform candidate screening and initial evaluations.
  • Manage candidate communication and coordination throughout the hiring stages.
  • Develop and maintain talent pipelines for specialized and leadership positions.
  • Foster strong relationships with candidates to ensure a positive hiring experience.
  • Work closely with delivery managers and account teams to drive successful hiring outcomes.
  • Participate in market research and talent mapping activities.

Desired Profile
  • 3 to 10 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment Consulting, Executive Search, or Staffing.
  • Experience in recruiting for sectors such as Engineering, Manufacturing, Aerospace, Defence, Electronics, Electrical, Robotics, Automation, Industrial, or Technology is preferred.
  • Proficient in sourcing and headhunting skilled candidates.
  • Outstanding communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial approach and a strong commitment to delivery excellence.
  • Capable of working independently while effectively collaborating within a high-performing team.
