What you’ll do:

  • Own the hiring process from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and onboarding.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand talent needs, create job descriptions, and design customized hiring strategies.
  • Source top talent proactively using LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and networks, while staying current on market trends and best practices.
  • Ensure a smooth and engaging candidate experience, manage interview coordination, and optimize ATS usage for tracking and reporting.
  • Monitor recruitment metrics and process effectiveness, providing updates to leadership and refining strategies based on data and feedback.

What will help you succeed?

  • Proven success in closing roles within SLAs, with strong focus on time-to-fill and offer-to-join ratios.
  • Strong adaptability and a data-driven mindset to refine strategies based on evolving hiring needs and performance metrics.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
  • High proficiency with ATS platforms (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever) and sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter.

Qualifications:

  • 2–3 years of full-cycle recruitment experience, preferably in tech, SaaS, or startups.
  • Master of Business Administration (MBA) or equivalent from a reputed college.
