- Full-Cycle Recruitment Leadership - Manage end-to-end recruitment processes across multiple business functions and regions. 
- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, craft compelling job descriptions, and set clear expectations for the recruitment process. 
- Conduct proactive sourcing campaigns using multiple channels, including LinkedIn Recruiter, talent databases, referrals, and market mapping. 
 
- Strategic Talent Partnering - Act as a consultant to senior stakeholders, providing market insights, competitive intelligence, and recommendations on talent acquisition strategies. 
- Support workforce planning and succession initiatives by aligning hiring strategies with long-term business needs. 
- Drive employer branding initiatives to attract diverse, top-tier talent globally. 
 
- Candidate Experience Excellence - Ensure every candidate receives a positive, transparent, and engaging experience from application to onboarding. 
- Conduct structured interviews, facilitate assessments, and manage offer negotiations. 
- Act as an ambassador of our values and culture, building meaningful connections with prospective employees. 
 
- Hiring Manager Engagement - Guide managers through hiring best practices, interview techniques, and inclusive recruitment approaches. 
- Provide regular updates on recruitment progress, pipeline health, and time-to-fill metrics. 
- Influence decision-making by presenting data-driven insights and recommendations. 
 
- ATS & Process Optimization (Workday) - Leverage your expertise in Workday ATS to manage requisitions, track candidate pipelines, and maintain accurate recruitment data. 
- Continuously evaluate and optimize recruitment workflows to ensure efficiency and compliance. 
- Ensure full compliance with global data protection and employment regulations. 
 
- Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment, ideally within a global or matrix organization. 
- Strong track record of partnering with senior business leaders and influencing strategic hiring decisions. 
- Deep knowledge of sourcing strategies, market mapping, and talent engagement techniques. 
- Hands-on experience with Workday ATS (or equivalent systems) and the ability to optimize system usage. 
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. 
- Ability to balance multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing business needs.
