WHAT YOU’LL DO

As the Team Lead for our One-Time Services team in Bucharest, you will balance your time between leading a talented group of Service Delivery Managers and Solutions Architects (75% of your time) and delivering on customer projects as a Solutions Architect (25% of your time). You, and your team will provide exemplary customer experience, supporting our customers at crucial points in their lifecycle to achieve their goals with Braze.

Team Management

  • Be a present coach, managing a team of Service Delivery Managers and Solution Architects, including hiring, nurturing staff development, and maintaining staff satisfaction.
  • Guide your team in managing their clients project and be a point of escalation for clients in your team’s portfolio
  • Monitor and analyze team performance metrics, identifying risks and opportunities while taking proactive measures.
  • Be responsible for your team achieving key performance indicators (KPIs) against Completeness, Customer Satisfaction and reduced Time-to-Integration.
  • Collaborate with fellow One-Time Services leaders to effectively allocate resources for inbound accounts, managing team capacity and bandwidth.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to design and implement efficient processes and best practices.
  • Drive department development initiatives, owning and supporting OKRs and initiatives.

Customer Projects

  • Serve as a Solutions Architect, collaborating with customers’ product, engineering & marketing teams to understand requirements.
  • Facilitate projects and support product inquiries to drive positive customer outcomes.
  • Communicate technical requirements and risks effectively to internal & external stakeholders.
  • Design technical implementation plans, target information architectures and scopes of work in partnership with the customer to suit their requirements
  • Provide strategic solutions for complex use cases and assist with SDK, API & Technology Partner integrations.
  • Conduct workshops to empower customer teams and troubleshoot technical challenges during implementation.
  • Support Service Partners in customer projects.

WHO YOU ARE

  • 5+ years of relevant experience in roles such as implementation consultant, solutions architect, business analyst, support specialist or customer success professional.
  • 1-2+ years of team leadership experience.
  • Strong technical domain knowledge in two or more of the following areas: SaaS, Marketing, Mobile, APIs or Programming.
  • Understanding and/or experience of project management methodologies.
  • Strong understanding of employee engagement and management skills.
  • Exceptional communicator with strong influencing skills and a knack for building relationships.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, complemented by strong follow-up abilities.
  • A collaborative team player who thrives in working with both internal and external stakeholders, including executives and technical resources.
  • A proactive problem solver with a high level of intellectual curiosity and a passion for continuous learning and growth.
