- Acts as a Business Analyst/Project Manager, driving end-to-end project delivery and PMO governance
- Prepare management dashboards and reporting views for leadership decision-making
- Drive execution of strategic projects across geographies in partnership with stateside, IT, and business stakeholders
- Ensure adherence to risk, compliance, and firm-wide governance standards
- Govern and maintain baselined project plans in alignment with regional stakeholders
- Continuously monitor project progress, quality, risks, and issue resolution
- Publish weekly status reports, highlighting delays, risks, and forward-looking actions
- Track and manage critical path activities to ensure delivery timelines are met
- Facilitate governance by scheduling meetings, and publishing minutes within defined timelines
