- Manage and oversee the reconciliation process within the Aladdin system, ensuring accurate and timely reconciliation of transactions and positions.
- Identify and investigate exceptions within established time parameters.
- Escalate and work closely with clients and custodian banks to ensure timely resolution of exceptions.
- Ability to effectively manage, research/resolutions/follow-ups for closure of open items, cash, and position breaks.
- Manage and analyze SWIFT messages, ensuring proper communication and settlement of transactions between financial institutions.
- Possess a thorough understanding of capital markets, including equities, bonds, derivatives, and other financial instruments.
- Should have knowledge of trade life cycle.
- Implement and maintain data governance and data quality frameworks. Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and integrity of data across all systems and processes.
- Manage SLAs and customer escalations.
- Flexible working on all holidays and shift timings (Night).
- Strong problem-solving ability.
- Ability to foresee and respond proactively on the floor.
- Providing Stateside partners and leadership team status updates for work progress.
- High energy and resilience level.
