Job Responsibilities
- Develop and execute change management strategies that align with the organization talent objectives. Lead and provide strategic guidance in the design and implementation of change initiatives to achieve defined strategic outcomes.
- Adopt effective strategies to understand your target audience so change approaches & campaigns are effective and compelling.
- Create comprehensive change management plans, including communication strategies, stakeholder engagement, and risk mitigation. Identify potential barriers to change and develop solutions to overcome them, with support from measurement and reporting approach to track the engagement and impact.
- Deliver all agreed change and readiness work, proactively managing any direct & indirect partners to ensure activities are completed effectively and efficiently and building (or feeding into) appropriate governance structures to ensure decisions are made swiftly with the correct decision makers.
- Build and manage effective relationships with senior leadership, Human Resource teams, and other departments to ensure alignment and support for change initiatives. Be in lock step with the aligned Strategy/ Program manager(s); understanding the broader outcomes & context, and actively providing input into their roadmap and change approach.
- Develop and deliver communication plans to ensure clear and consistent messaging throughout the organization. Communicate in clear, concise & accessible way using structure and repeatable processes.
- Design & implement targeted training programs to support employees during transitions and enhance their skills
- Establish metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of change management initiatives, tracking engagement, assessing impact and continuously refining strategies based on data-driven decisions.
- Monitor progress and provide regular updates to senior leadership on the status of change initiatives.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement by encouraging feedback and innovation across the TDP (Tech Data Product) Talent Function, Identifying opportunities for process optimization, best practice implementation and knowledge sharing across our community to help mitigate cross-impacts, risks & gaps.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
- Ability to develop and implement long-term change management strategies that align with organizational goals & anticipate future trends to prepare proactive strategies
- Deep understanding of change management principles, methodologies and best practice with experience in successfully leading complex change initiatives within Human Resources or talent functions
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to convey change management strategies, plans and updates clearly across multiple stakeholders and audiences
- Advanced skills in building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders to facilitate change
- Strong analytical skills to identify challenges, develop innovative solutions & make data-driven decisions to evaluate the impact of change initiatives
- Proficiency in prioritization of demands and managing multiple projects simultaneously on time, to budget and with quality
- Ability to assess training needs and experience in designing and implementing content and training programs to support employees during transitions
