The Role:
Our site in Pune, India is seeking a Technical Analyst to join our team. The Technical Analyst is responsible for supporting and improving operational processes within the Infrastructure and Operations space. They will focus on ensuring IT services are delivered efficiently, meeting both business requirements and customer expectations. They will also work closely with IT teams, stakeholders, and external vendors to mature our IT and business resiliency program.
What You’ll Do:
- Risk and Assessment and Analysis:
- Collect and analyze data to measure, monitor, and evaluate resilience practices.
- Identify potential risks and vulnerabilities within IT infrastructure.
- Conduct regular assessments to evaluate the resiliency of systems and processes.
- Provide governance and oversight for the Business Resiliency program, identifying risks and opportunities for improvement where applicable
- Business Continuity Planning:
- Develop and maintain business continuity and disaster recovery plans.
- Ensure these plans are regularly tested and updated to reflect current risks.
- Service Management:
- Involvement in Incident response and oversight with focus on meeting business needs and service level agreements.
- Contribute to CMDB management and maturity.
- Oversee and manage IT service management processes (e.g., incident, problem, change, knowledge, config, asset, and request management).
- Collaboration & Communication:
- Work with cross-functional teams, including technical teams and business stakeholders, to ensure alignment with service goals and integration of IT services.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather input and feedback from various stakeholders.
- Collaborate with IT, security, and other departments to enhance resilience strategies.
- Work closely with external vendors and partners to ensure comprehensive resilience measures.
- Collaborate with experts to analyze controls, dependencies, and handoffs of critical processes.
- Monitoring and Reporting:
- Monitor the performance and resilience of IT systems and initiate improvement plans and actions.
- Prepare detailed reports on resilience activities and incidents for senior management.
- Training and Awareness:
- Prepare and conduct training sessions to raise awareness about resilience and business continuity.
- Prepare and lead regular drills.
What We Seek:
- Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
- Experience:
- 2-3 years of experience working in IT service management, IT operations, or a related field.
- Experience with resiliency programs and best practices.
- Familiarity with ITIL processes (Incident, Problem, Change, and Service Level Management).
- Skills:.
- Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in managing projects and coordinating with multiple teams.
- Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
- Strong understanding of industry standards and best practices (e.g., ISO 22301, ITIL framework).
- Experience executing, completing and/or overseeing Business Impact Analysis (BIA), Risk Assessments, Business Continuity Plans, Disaster Recovery Plans, Tests and Exercises, and Lessons Learned.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to interpret complex data and generate actionable insights.
- Experience in managing projects and coordinating with multiple teams.

- Relevant certifications (e.g., CBCP, MBCI)
