Responsibilities:
Serve as the senior technical authority specializing in the design and development of robust, secure C# .NET Core applications.
Plan, assign, and monitor tasks to ensure timely delivery while maintaining high code quality standards through thorough reviews and advocacy for best practices.
Mentor and coach team members in C# and related technologies to foster professional growth and elevate technical capabilities.
Proactively identify technical debt and formulate remediation strategies to improve system health and maintainability.
Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills for smooth collaboration and effective presentations.
Lead release planning and execution to ensure coordinated, high-quality product deliveries.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline.
8–10 years of hands-on experience designing and developing web applications using C# .NET within Kubernetes or containerized environments.
Proven expertise in application architecture and designing complex systems leveraging design patterns and industry best practices.
Strong proficiency with .NET technologies including ASP.NET Core, MVC, Entity Framework, and Web APIs.
Solid experience with relational databases (SQL) and document-oriented databases (MongoDB), comfortable with writing and debugging complex queries.
Working knowledge of front-end technologies such as React,TypeScript, and Angular.
Familiarity with Git version control, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile software development methodologies.
Excellent problem-solving skills, meticulous attention to detail, and an ability to collaborate effectively in cross-functional teams.
Experience in at least one project integrating AI capabilities, demonstrating adaptability to emerging technology trends.
