Coaching and challenging others in eliciting, analyzing, documenting requirements for fitness for purpose, ensuring consistency and as well as adherence to project objectives.
Leading the production of Root Cause Analysis (RCA) reports to identify areas lessons that can be learned to improve requirements analysis processes.
Supporting implementation of agile working practices where required, to ensure a project team achieves success.
Supporting the development of business requirements via customer meetings and customer persona workshops.
