Technical Consultant
Functions / Key Results Expected
• Develop solutions using IAEA standards to solve issues reported in the Travel and Events custom system.
• Perform unit testing on the solutions developed.
• Prepare technical design documents of the assigned change requests.
• Develop the approved technical designs for problems and enhancements in the Travel and Events system.
• Contribute to user support training, manuals, and system documentation.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's Degree-University Degree in Information Technology, or related area.
• Minimum five years of experience in development and support (troubleshoot complex issues, test system patches, and conduct regression tests) for an enterprise scale solution Oracle E-Business Suite, of which at least 3 years of experience working with custom development using ADF and APEX technology.
• Minimum three years of experience working with ITIL framework for service management.
