Technical Content Producer
The Role
We’re looking for a Technical Content Producer who can translate complex technical concepts into compelling, audience-first content that drives awareness, engagement, and pipeline. This is not a product documentation role; as part of the Corporate Marketing team, you will create thought leadership, educational, and demand-generation content for software developers, engineers, and testers.
The ideal candidate is hyper-familiar with the software development industry and speaks the same language as developers. Additionally, this individual is adept at using AI tools to research, analyze, create, optimize, and iterate compelling content, while still being able to refine the AI-generated content for resonance with our target audiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and edit high-quality technical content including:
- Blog posts and articles
- Guides/white papers
- Reports
- Video scripts and storyboards
- Website content
- Interview SMEs (product managers, engineers) and transform insights into audience-ready content with the appropriate technical depth
- Develop content for technical audiences such as developers, QA engineers, or DevOps teams
- Partner with Product Marketing, DevRel, and Product Management on messaging and positioning · Optimize content for GEO/AEO/SEO and distribution channels
- Leverage AI tools to scale content production, including repurposing long-form content into derivative assets for use across web, email, and social channels
Skills and Experience
- 5-7+ years writing highly technical B2B content in SaaS or technology companies
- Strong familiarity with the enterprise software development market
- Experience writing for technical decision-makers and practitioners
- Detail-oriented and organized; able to manage multiple writing projects at a time
- Self-motivated and able to work both independently and as part of a team
- Experience collaborating cross-functionally, including with Product and Engineering
- Proven portfolio of published technical marketing content across various lengths and formats
- Familiarity with GEO/AEO/SEO and content performance metrics
