Job Title: Technical Lead - Database

Location: Pune, India

Responsibilities:

Being a part of Arena Engineering team:

• Work with development teams and product managers to ideate software solutions.
• Design database queries tables & PL/SQL development.
• Develop optimized PL/SQL code that serves multiple customers with high performance.
• Develop and manage well-functioning databases and applications
• Analyze existing database design and PL/SQL and refactor the queries wherever applicable to improv the performance.
• Troubleshoot, debug internal and customer bugs to provide well optimized database solution.
• Identify any bottleneck in database related implementation or deployment architecture to resolve any existing issues.

Must Have Skills and Knowledge:

• 6-8 years of Proven experience in database SQL & PL/SQL development or similar role
• Experience developing enterprise applications with more PLSQL development where more of the business logic resides.
• Strong knowledge Oracle SQL and PL/SQL development.
• Having working experience with Oracle RAC to configure and understanding of the implementations.
• Having experience in using various SQL front end tools like SQL developer, TOAD, DBVisualizer etc.,
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and milestones efficiently

Good to have skills:

• Having basic Java and REST API implementation experience.
• Knowledge on any modern UI frameworks like Angular or ReactJS
• Experience in developing SaaS based applications

Basic Qualifications:

• Graduate / BE / B Tech / ME/ MTech/ MCA / MSc Computer Science with excellent academics.
• 6-8 years’ relevant experience in quality assurance domain covering all phases of SDLC.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Good Team Player and working experience with multi location teams.
