Your Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic candidate with outstanding talent to join the Engineering Support Services development team. Ideal candidates will have a passion for technology. You will be part of a fast-moving, experienced team using agile development processes to create software applications. This role will require hands-on development work and familiarity with software development. Experience with Scrum and agile processes is also a must. This individual will be a key player in the design and development of full stack applications.

Your Team
The candidate will be working as a part of a large multi-site and talented software team. This position is based out of Pune R&D facility.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Working in an Agile environment, implementing user stories.
- Participate in the vision, design, and implementation of quality software.
- Work with other teams to manage dependencies.
- Continue to upgrade technical and personal skills through internal and external training.
Expertise and Knowledge:
- Experience with Scrum and agile processes is required
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfortable interacting with technical and non-technical professionals at every level.
- Experience implementing user stories.
- Experience of Security practices, policies and procedures
- Experience with productivity tools and languages (Jira, git, IDEs).
- Proficient in programming/scripting with Javascript, HTML, Java.
- Hands on with any DB: SQL/Oracle/PostGres
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in agile processes including daily standups, sprint planning, backlog refinement, and retrospectives.
- Engineer new features and bug fixes.
- Create and maintain automated unit tests and integration tests.
- Submit code for review and review other submissions.
- Experience of continuous integration.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or equivalent technical experience
- Demonstrated success in product software development
- Minimum 3 years in hands-on software development using Internet technologies.
