Responsibilities:
- Lead the design, development, and maintenance.
- Architect and implement technical solutions for new features and improvements.

Mandatory Skills:
- Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- A minimum of 8+ years of experience/expertise
- Experience:
- Java 17. (Spring Boot, Microservices, Java 8+, Hibernate)
- Angular. (Angular 11+, Material UI, CSS, Typescript, Single Page Application (SPA))
- Understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) in an agile framework (Scrum)
- Experience with different software development methodologies (e.g., TDD - Test Driven Development, BDD - Behavior Driven Development).
- Testing and Debugging: Experience with automated testing and debugging tools.
- Performance Optimization: Ability to optimize applications for performance, including UI, memory, and network usage.
- Leadership and Mentorship: Proven experience in leading and mentoring a development team.
- Preferred Skills:
- Continuous Integration: Familiarity with continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD) tools.
- Agile Methodologies: Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process.
- Additional Experience Desired:
- Banking and financial background to understand terminology while capturing requirements.
- Expertise in applying Object-Oriented Programming principles (abstraction, encapsulation).
