We are seeking a Technical Lead – InfoPath to PowerApps Migration to oversee and drive the modernization/migration of legacy InfoPath forms to PowerApps within Microsoft 365. This role involves leading a team of developers, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring the successful implementation of scalable, efficient, and user-friendly PowerApps solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in PowerApps, SharePoint, and the Microsoft Power Platform, along with experience in solution architecture, process automation, and workflow optimization. This position requires excellent leadership, strategic planning, and the ability to mentor and guide the team while aligning migration efforts with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the strategic planning and execution of InfoPath to PowerApps migration projects.
- Analyze and assess existing InfoPath forms, workflows, and dependencies to design modernized PowerApps solutions.
- Architect scalable and efficient solutions using PowerApps (Canvas and Model-Driven), Power Automate, and Dataverse.
- Define best practices, governance policies, and security guidelines for Power Platform solutions.
- Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and hands-on support to a team of developers.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver user-friendly applications.
- Ensure performance optimization, compliance, and security of PowerApps applications.
- Oversee troubleshooting, debugging, and issue resolution in migration projects.
- Develop and maintain documentation, including solution architecture, design patterns, and standard operating procedures.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 7+ years of experience in SharePoint, PowerApps, and Power Platform development.
- Proven experience leading InfoPath to PowerApps migration projects.
- Expertise in PowerApps (Canvas and Model-Driven), Power Automate, and Dataverse.
- Strong knowledge of SharePoint Online, REST APIs, PowerShell scripting, and Microsoft 365 integrations.
- Experience with Power Platform governance, ALM strategies, and security best practices.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have):
- Microsoft Power Platform certifications (PL-100, PL-200, PL-600).
- Experience with Azure services (Logic Apps, Functions, AI Builder).
- Familiarity with Agile project management methodologies.
- Knowledge of SQL, Power BI, and advanced data integration techniques.
