Technical Lead
Experience- 8-12 Years
Location- Kochi, Coimbatore, Chennai, Mumbai, Pune
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Technical Lead to join our development team. This role is critical in building and scaling our next-generation applications, which heavily leverage Generative AI and Azure cloud services. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on technical leader capable of driving complex projects from concept to deployment.
- Design, develop, and maintain high-performance, scalable backend services using Python (e.g., Flask/Django) OR .NET (e.g., C#/ASP.NET Core).
- Build responsive and dynamic single-page applications (SPAs) using Angular.
- Collaborate with product managers and designers to translate business requirements into technical specifications and solution architecture.
- Architect and implement cloud-native solutions on Microsoft Azure, utilizing services like Azure App Service, Azure Functions, Azure Cosmos DB, Azure SQL, and Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS).
- Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions) to automate deployment and testing.
- Monitor and optimize application performance, cost, and security within the Azure environment.
- Work with vector databases and search technologies relevant to Gen AI applications.
- Conduct code reviews, mentor junior developers, and enforce coding standards and best practices.
- Ensure high quality and reliability through unit, integration, and end-to-end testing.
- Ability to lead and mentor a team of developers
Required Qualifications
- Experience: 6–10 years of progressive professional experience in software development.
- Full Stack Proficiency: Strong proficiency in one of the following backend stacks:
- Python: Extensive experience with common frameworks (e.g., Django, Flask).
- OR .NET: Extensive experience with C# and the .NET Framework / .NET Core.
- Front-end: Strong proficiency in Angular (version 10+ preferred) with 3+ years of recent, hands-on experience.
- Cloud: 3+ years of recent, hands-on experience designing and deploying production applications on Microsoft Azure.
- Gen AI: Proven experience working on at least one project involving Generative AI, LLMs, and RAG architectures for at least 1 year
- Database: Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, SQL Server, Cosmos DB).
- DevOps: Experience with Git, CI/CD tools, and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes)
- Good experience mentoring and leading a team of developers

Nice-to-Have Skills
- Experience with other Gen AI toolsets (e.g., LangChain, LlamaIndex).
- Deep understanding of security best practices in Azure and application development.
- Familiarity with TDD or BDD methodologies.
- Certifications such as Azure Developer Associate (AZ-204).
Educational qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer science or relevant field
