Job Title: Technical Lead (UI)

Location: Pune, India

Responsibilities:

Being a part of Arena Engineering team:

• Work with other developers to ensure that the website is functional and visually appealing.
• Liaise with product management and QA members to gauge their needs and expectations.
• Plan the layout of application according to different personas.
• Ensure that the application is optimized for various devices.

Must Have Skills and Knowledge:

• 6-8 years of demonstrated experience in creating and implementing UI development
• Proficiency in HTML, JavaScript, jQuery, AJAX, and CSS.
• In depth knowledge of multiple JavaScript frameworks (e.g. Angular, ReactJS)
• Strong knowledge in UX design tools like Figma and interact with UX design team to provide developer input for the better designs.
• Mentor junior developers and help them to develop optimized applications.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment to create top-performing user interfaces.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and milestones efficiently
• Knowledge on accessibility standards and guidelines
• Understanding of key UI design principles.
• Good problem-solving skills.

Good to have skills:

• Having basic SQL and PL/SQL implementation experience.
• Having knowledge of Java and REST API Development.
• Experience in developing SaaS based applications

Basic Qualifications:

• Graduate / BE / B Tech / ME/ Mtech/ MCA / MSc Computer Science with excellent academics.
• 6-8 years’ relevant experience in quality assurance domain covering all phases of SDLC.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Good Team Player and working experience with multi location teams.
