Technical Lead

We are seeking an experienced Technical Lead with strong full-stack development expertise in .NET, Angular, and SQL. The ideal candidate will have 8–12 years of overall technical experience, with 8–10 years in a Technical Lead role managing multiple development teams across different workstreams.
This role demands strong hands-on technical expertise combined with leadership capabilities to drive architecture, delivery, and team performance.
Key Responsibilities
Technical Leadership
- Lead end-to-end technical design and development across multiple project
- Provide architectural guidance and enforce best practices in coding, performance, and
- Conduct code reviews and ensure high-quality
- Resolve technical escalations and mitigate risks Full Stack Development
- Hands-on development experience in:
- Backend: .NET / .NET Core
- Frontend: Angular (modern versions preferred)
- Database: SQL (query optimization, schema design, performance tuning)
- Design RESTful APIs and scalable backend
- Contribute to performance optimization and application
- Experience with Perl is a Team & Delivery Management
- Manage multiple teams of developers working on different components of the same
- Allocate tasks, review deliverables, and ensure adherence to
- Mentor team members and drive technical
- Coordinate cross-team integration and manage DevOps & Tools
- Strong hands-on experience with:
- GitHub (branching strategies, pull requests, code reviews)
- GitHub CoPilot (AI-assisted development practices)
- Azure DevOps (ADO) for sprint tracking, boards, and release management
- Support CI/CD pipelines and deployment Collaboration & Governance
- Work closely with architects, product owners, QA, and DevOps
- Participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and release
- Provide technical estimations and contribute to roadmap
Required Skills & Experience
- 8–12 years of overall technical
- 8–10 years in a Technical Lead or equivalent leadership
- Strong full-stack development experience in .NET, Angular, and
- Proven experience managing multiple development teams
- Hands-on experience with GitHub, GitHub CoPilot, and Azure DevOps (ADO).
- Strong problem-solving, leadership, and communication
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Perl (Good to have).
- Exposure to Agile/Scrum
- Experience in enterprise-scale application
