As a Technical Lead, you will design and develop Java/J2EE applications, mentor engineers, and automate deployment processes using modern technologies.
In this role, you will collaborate with a dynamic team of skilled engineers, all committed to pushing the boundaries of technology. You will engage in hands-on design, development, and automation using Java/J2EE frameworks while embracing microservices and cloud technologies. ResponsibilitiesNIFN2026
- Design and implement robust applications using Java/J2EE, OSGi, and Microservices architecture.
- Automate testing and deployment processes leveraging Kubernetes and Elastic Search.
- Conduct code reviews and develop comprehensive test designs to ensure quality outcomes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate software solutions within the SDN/NFV landscape.
- Stay abreast of emerging technologies and advocate for innovative practices within the team.
- Mentor junior engineers and provide technical leadership to drive project success.
- Utilize version control systems, IDEs, and defect tracking tools to manage the development lifecycle effectively.
- Communicate progress and challenges clearly to stakeholders and contribute to team synergy.
Must-Have:
- Master's/Bachelor's Degree in Computer, Communication, or Engineering between 3 to 5 years of experience in developing Java/J2EE applications
- Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle
- Experience with OSGi, Microservices, Hibernate/Rest
- Experience with cloud/Kubernetes/NMS/EMS/SDN

- Familiar with AngularJS and Elastic Search
