  • Experience – 15 + years, Location: Chennai (5 days a week work from office)
  • Account manager / Delivery manager (well versed with Delivery Methodology/Scrum ceremonies/Agile and delivery metrics, running FP engagements, strong people management) with strong experience in growing account.
  • Should be a customer centric person having working experience in US
  • Should have experience working with BFS Domain customer.
  • Knowledge of Wealth Management is required
  • Should be ready to travel
  • Should have managed projects with Data Tech stack (Azure, Data Vault, Synapse), should be hands-on person in technology, and well versed with the current technology landscape
  • Should be able to guide the team to come up with scalable solutions, and review both high-level and low-level designs.
  • Should be able to lead a team of Senior developers and should be able to contribute technically on individual basis too
  • Should have managed a large team size of 15-25
  • Interface with multiple stakeholders from client to internal stakeholders from the initiation of the project till the closure of the same
  • Manage user expectations and ensure timely delivery of projects
