Responsibilities
- Enable customers to learn, maintain and operate our platform in complex environments
- Innovate and develop processes for successful management of our platform in customer environments.
- Assist Pre-Sales team with Proof-of-Concepts
- Build out a python script to help close a gap in a proof-of-concept or to automate a customer’s workflow
- Create documentation of Procedures, Systems design and architectures.
- Participate in customer escalations and resolve customer issues
- Perform Daily/Weekly/Monthly Operational Tasks as defined by Management.
Requirement:
- 3-6 years of experience in Technical Support analysis.
- Experience creating and maintaining monitoring systems for 24x7 production environments.
- Demonstrated expertise with Linux commands and overall Linux administration experience.
- Experience with MySQL or similar Relational Database architectures.
- Experience scripting the automation of key functions.
- Must have experience in tools in ITOM space
- Must have implemented solutions in Windows, Linux, Virtualization and Cloud monitoring
- Have exceptional troubleshooting skills.
- Show excellent communication skills (both verbal and written).
- Be a self-starter with strong organizational skills.
- Be a creative person who looks for new and innovative ways to solve problems.
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude during high profile incidents.
- Be flexible and willing to learn new technologies and applications.
- Take a proactive approach to meet client needs and SLA’s.
