The Technical Support Engineer will be the key contact for IT-related issues at the Mumbai office, ensuring timely support and maintenance of equipment and systems. Responsibilities include managing Microsoft 365 changes, troubleshooting technical issues, and collaborating on operational projects.
- Be the point of contact within the IT team for the Mumbai office and ensure a high level of service to all of our wider team members.
- Be the primary point of contact for IT-related issues and ensure they are dealt with in a timely fashion, Ensuring the team adheres to the wider business service level agreements.
- Manage changes to our Microsoft 356 environment and escalate internally or with 3rd parties as required.
- Work with the senior IT team on strategic and operational projects.
- Provide proactive maintenance of our on-premise equipment, including but not limited to Networking, audio-visual, building security and unified communications.
- Troubleshoot technical issues
- Enjoy working as part of a distributed multiple-disciplinary technical team.
- Experience in working within a Microsoft 365 cloud-based environment including the advanced features of E5 licences.
- Have a passion for providing exceptional customer / technical support to our team members.
- Enjoy working with the advanced features of the Microsoft 365 Ecosphere and look for exciting ways to innovate and bring value to the organisation.
- Have experience working independently on support/ technical issues and working with third parties where required.
- Excellent verball and written communication skills
