Technical Support Intern

We’re looking for passionate recent graduates to join our Technical Support organization. You will learn about Aera’s Decision Intelligence platform and design, develop, and implement automation using AI to overcome repetitive tasks and boost the support team’s productivity. This internship will require problem-solving, and creative thinking, and offers a chance for professional evolution based on feedback..

Responsibilities

• Quickly learn about Aera’s Decision Intelligence platform.
• You will be working on building AI solutions for fascinating problems in the support organization. 
• Design, build, test, and implement a plan to ensure functional correctness but also provide a stable user experience
• Communicate with support team members to understand pain points and help them with AI solutions.

About You

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in computer science or equivalent
• Strong knowledge of Data structure & algorithms 
• Strong knowledge of Python, SQL, and Rest API
• Basic Unix knowledge
• Should have built some projects using Gen AI
• Analytical, problem-solving, and creative thinking skills
• Bring a positive, collaborative, team-oriented attitude to the office and your customers every day!
