As the India Salesforce Associate Director, you will be responsible for leading Riveron’s Salesforce team in India, ensuring successful project delivery, managing and mentoring resources, driving practice growth, and supporting go-to-market (GTM) initiatives. This is a leadership role requiring a strong balance of technical, managerial, and business development expertise. You will collaborate closely with U.S.-based leadership and clients to ensure Riveron delivers high-quality Salesforce solutions that align with business objectives.

What You’ll Do:
- Salesforce Project Delivery & Execution:
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of Salesforce projects, ensuring alignment with client goals, timelines, and budgets.
- Implement best practices, methodologies, and quality standards to ensure successful Salesforce implementations.
- Manage risks, resolve issues, and govern project execution to guarantee client satisfaction and project success.
- Drive continuous improvement in project efficiency and effectiveness.
- Resource & Team Management:
- Lead and mentor a growing team of Salesforce professionals in India, including developers, consultants, architects, and QA specialists.
- Oversee resource allocation and workload balancing and drive professional development initiatives for team members.
- Play a key role in recruiting, onboarding, and retaining top Salesforce talent while fostering a high-performance culture.
- Promote career growth opportunities and ensure your team is supported in their professional development.
- GTM & Pre-Sales Support:
- Collaborate with leadership to support pre-sales activities, including proposal development, solutioning, and estimations.
- Engage with potential clients to highlight Riveron’s Salesforce capabilities and value proposition.
- Work with Sales and Marketing teams to develop and execute Salesforce GTM strategies, expanding Riveron’s market footprint.
- Practice & Capability Building:
- Lead the growth of Riveron’s Salesforce practice in India, identifying and driving strategic initiatives for expanding services and capabilities.
- Stay up to date on Salesforce innovations and industry trends to continually evolve and enhance Riveron’s service offerings.
- Establish and refine internal processes for efficient delivery, knowledge sharing, and thought leadership.
- Stakeholder & Client Relationship Management:
- Serve as a key point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment with client needs and expectations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with both internal teams and external clients, driving customer success and engagement.
- Lead ongoing relationship management and account growth initiatives to foster long-term client partnerships.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience in Salesforce project delivery, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Strong experience in delivering Salesforce solutions across multiple clouds (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, etc.).
- Deep technical knowledge of Salesforce, including development (Apex, Lightning), integration, and configuration.
- Proven leadership skills, with experience in managing and growing diverse Salesforce teams.
- Expertise in agile project management methodologies and delivery of complex Salesforce projects on time and within budget.
- Strong experience in client engagement and managing executive-level relationships.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Proven problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering creative solutions to business challenges.
