Riveron is looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Salesforce QA Analyst to join our team. As a QA Analyst, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality, functionality, and performance of Salesforce solutions across various platforms, including Sales Cloud and Service Cloud. You will work closely with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to understand requirements, identify potential issues, and implement testing strategies that deliver a seamless user experience. Your expertise will help maintain the high standards of our Salesforce implementations and drive improvements in quality assurance practices.
Who You Are:
- A detail-driven individual with a strong background in Salesforce QA, having at least 3 years of experience in testing Salesforce applications.
- Knowledgeable in Salesforce platform capabilities, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and basic understanding of Apex, SOQL, and Lightning Components.
- Familiar with test automation practices and tools compatible with Salesforce.
- Experienced with defect tracking tools like JIRA, and able to provide detailed reports and track issues to resolution.
- Proactive, organized, and able to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- A team player who thrives in agile environments, collaborating effectively with Salesforce administrators, developers, and stakeholders.
What You’ll Do:
- Develop, document, and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for Salesforce applications, covering functional, regression, integration, and system testing to ensure system performance aligns with business requirements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements, translate them into testable specifications, and identify any gaps in the requirements.
- Design and implement automated test scripts for Salesforce solutions, maintain and optimize existing test scripts to improve efficiency.
- DeIdentify, log, and track defects using tools like JIRA, providing detailed reports on test outcomes, identifying risks, and offering solutions.
- Work closely with Salesforce administrators and developers to debug and resolve issues, participating in agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Ensure Salesforce configurations and customizations follow organizational quality standards and Salesforce best practices, conducting performance testing to ensure scalability and reliability.
Preferred Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Salesforce QA Analyst (minimum 3 years).
- Strong understanding of the Salesforce platform and its features.
- Experience with defect tracking tools like JIRA.
- Strong understanding of SDLC/STLC and testing methodologies.
- Basic knowledge of Apex, SOQL, and Lightning Components.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce App Builder).
- Experience with API testing tools like Postman or SoapUI.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and testing in agile environments.
