Riveron is looking for a Senior Agentforce Technical Lead to drive cutting-edge AI initiatives within our Agentforce platform. This is a high-impact role for a seasoned technical leader who thrives on innovation, mentorship, and strategic problem-solving. You’ll be at the forefront of integrating AI into enterprise solutions, guiding a talented team, and shaping the future of intelligent automation at Riveron.

- A seasoned technical leader with deep expertise in the Agentforce platform and a strong foundation in AI technologies.
- Passionate about driving innovation and mentoring others, especially those new to Agentforce.
- Skilled in architecting scalable solutions and integrating AI capabilities into enterprise platforms.
- A strategic thinker with excellent problem-solving abilities and a collaborative mindset.
- Comfortable working in fast-paced environments and engaging with cross-functional teams.
- An effective communicator with strong stakeholder management skills.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead and drive AI-focused initiatives within the Agentforce ecosystem.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior team members.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and business teams to identify and implement AI opportunities.
- Architect and implement scalable, high-performance solutions using Agentforce and related technologies.
- Ensure adherence to best practices in development, deployment, and maintenance of AI features.
- Conduct code reviews, offer guidance, and promote a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
- Stay current with emerging trends in AI and Agentforce, bringing fresh ideas and innovations to the team.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in the Salesforce ecosystem and its integrations.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies, including sprint planning and execution.
- Prior experience leading AI or machine learning projects from concept to deployment.
