Project Role Description : Review and integrate all application requirements, including functional, security, integration, performance, quality and operations requirements. Review and integrate the technical architecture requirements. Provide input into final decisions regarding hardware, network products, system software and security.

Summary:
The selected individual will be responsible for the operational support of the acquired physical, virtual, and Cloud-based Network technology infrastructure into the Accenture Immune System, This service is delivered as part of the Intelligent Cloud and Networks Team, in collaboration with the Information Security Organization. This requires working with teams from all over the world. The Ops engineer participates in the operations/deployment of infrastructure and related network solution requirements. Engineers may also participate in standards ratification efforts by assisting in pilot activities for new technologies. Engineers at this level may also be called upon to provide infrastructure and network risk analysis, capacity planning, and proactive health and performance management. Includes Operational Support, delivering strategic Programs of work and Venture and Acquisitions. Specializing in Data, Security, Voice, IP Services, Network Performance & Application Integration, Client Delivery Engineering and Network Transformation.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Act as single interface of network operational support for all new offices across all pillars until complete transition.
- Provide knowledge transfer and assist in the assimilation of new members into the Delivery team.
- Establish expertise in the various infrastructures currently deployed, and develop documentation to assist in the training of other customer delivery groups within the environment
- Configure and maintain a variety of tools spanning data, security and cloud technologies demonstrating the ability to be organized and to multitask.
- Participating in initiatives focused on developing global standard, policies, tools selection, and environments
-Implement security for Legacy and ACS support network
- Work with both internal and external groups to ensure that shared infrastructure is meeting functional, security and service level requirements
- Acts as a resource for operational/engineering activities for voice/data network design, security, development, and implementation.
- Maintain a high level of knowledge on the deployment and operational functionalities of network and security technologies
- Support new/expanding office build outs
- Acts as a resource on engineering projects, tests, and evaluation programs.
- Assist in the implementation of infrastructure and services standards documentation and configuration guidelines.
- Act as resources to internal project teams and external entities such as external customer and service provider
- Maintain and update system and network documentation
- Problem management, diagnosis, escalation, tracking and resolution
- Manage vendor and/or product provisioning, procurement, and delivery of network security hardware and software
- Ensure technology standards ratification.
- Follow established development processes and standards for all work. Identify and propose improvements to the processes and standards as necessary.
- Participate in complex projects with minimal supervision or guidance
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Cloud Infrastructure, PowerShell Scripting.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Network Infrastructures.
- Strong understanding of cloud service models, including IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as Amazon Web Services, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
- Familiarity with infrastructure as code tools like Terraform or CloudFormation
- Strong knowledge of Routing and Switching
- Strong Knowledge of Firewall & Security & Networking concepts
- Good working experience with all firewalls
- Experience of deploying Cloud and/or hosting solutions would be considered valuable particularly across vendors and platforms
- Expected to demonstrate security related knowledge and skills, and good interpersonal and coordination skills
- Familiarity with facilitating or participating in conference calls is preferred
- Ability to focus on deadlines with time management skills desired
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- In-depth knowledge of TCP/IP, including packet analysis
- Customer service skills and client focus
- Good organizational skills
- Problem-solving skills
- Comprehensive verbal and written communication skills in English language
- Linux & Unix troubleshooting experience
- Working experience with encryption technologies / Virtual Private Networks
- Working experience with SSL VPN gateways
- Working Experience on Public Cloud AWS or Azure.
- Basic knowledge of intrusion detection technologies & principles
- Relevant industry and vendor specific certifications

Additional Information:
- Knowledge on Devops or Programming skill would be an added advantage.
- Hands on experience with Windows and Unix/Linux platforms highly desired
- Hands on experience with Network Security Tools an advantage
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Cloud Infrastructure and PowerShell Scripting.
- This position is based at our Mumbai office.
