Summary: As a Technology Architect, you will engage in the design and delivery of technology architecture for various platforms, products, or engagements. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to define innovative solutions that address performance, capability, and scalability requirements, ensuring that the architecture aligns with business objectives and technical standards. You will also be responsible for evaluating emerging technologies and integrating them into existing systems to enhance functionality and efficiency. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to foster professional growth. - Conduct regular assessments of technology architecture to ensure alignment with industry best practices. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Technical Architecture. - Experience with cloud computing platforms and services. - Strong understanding of system integration and data migration strategies. - Ability to design scalable and high-performance applications. - Familiarity with security best practices in technology architecture. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Salesforce Technical Architecture. - This position is based at our Mumbai office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
