Summary:
As a Technology Architect, a typical day involves designing and delivering comprehensive technology architecture tailored for a specific platform, product, or engagement. This role requires defining innovative solutions that address critical aspects such as performance, capability, and scalability. The professional collaborates closely with various stakeholders to ensure that the architectural vision aligns with business goals and technical requirements, while continuously evaluating emerging technologies to enhance the overall system design and effectiveness.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead architectural reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and standards.
- Facilitate communication between technical teams and business units to align technology strategies.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and development.
- Owns specific applications or modules within ServiceNow
- Strond Technical skills of one or more ServiceNow application.
- Work within existing architecture and standards
- Designs component-level solutions (focused scope)
- Converts requirements into high-level and low-level designs (HLD/LLD)
- Contributes to design reviews and technical discussions
- Follows established governance and best practices
- Mentor s junior developers
- Has experience in interface-level integration design (REST/SOAP)
- Seeks alignment and approval from senior architects for key decisions

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow IT Service Management.
- Strong knowledge of IT service management processes and frameworks.
- Experience in designing scalable and high-performance technology solutions.
- Ability to analyze complex technical problems and develop effective solutions.
- Excellent communication skills to articulate architectural concepts to diverse audiences.
- Familiarity with integration techniques and platform customization within ServiceNow.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in ServiceNow IT Service Management.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
