Position: .NET / C# DeveloperKey Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain applications using .NET / .NET Core, C#, and microservices architecture.
Build scalable backend services with strong focus on performance, reliability, and security.
Develop complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and optimize database performance using MS SQL Server and T-SQL.
Implement robust, maintainable code following OOP principles, design patterns, and clean coding standards.
Work with multithreading and asynchronous programming to build high-performance modules.
Participate in Agile ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Grooming, Retrospective).
Collaborate with Product Owners, QA, and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality features on time.
Use tools like Jira, Git, CI/CD pipelines for task tracking and development automation.
Troubleshoot production issues, conduct root-cause analysis, and apply long-term fixes.
Prepare technical documentation, ensure code quality, and reduce technical debt.
Required Skills & Experience
Strong proficiency in .NET, .NET Core, C#, MS SQL Server, T-SQL.
Excellent understanding of OOP concepts, SOLID principles, and design patterns.
Experience with multithreading, async programming, and microservices architecture.
Knowledge of modern software engineering practices, Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Hands-on experience with development tools such as Jira, Git, CI/CD.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working under pressure.
Strong communication, leadership, and collaboration skills.
