As a Business Technology Solutions Manager, you will lead large-scale digital transformation initiatives that help pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical technology, and healthcare organizations accelerate innovation, improve patient outcomes, and drive commercial success.
This role combines strategic client leadership, technology consulting, delivery excellence, and business growth. You will guide multidisciplinary teams in designing and implementing enterprise-scale solutions across cloud, data engineering, analytics, digital platforms, GenAI, Agentic AI, and intelligent automation ecosystems. You will serve as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders, driving successful delivery while identifying opportunities to expand ZS's impact and technology footprint.
The ideal candidate brings strong consulting and technology leadership experience, a passion for innovation, and the ability to translate emerging technologies into measurable business value for Life Sciences clients.
What You'll Do -

• Lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale technology and digital transformation programs for Life Sciences clients, ensuring delivery excellence, quality, and business impact.
• Drive solution strategy, estimation, governance, execution, and stakeholder management across complex engagements.
• Help clients leverage Generative AI, Agentic AI, intelligent automation, and advanced analytics to accelerate business outcomes and innovation.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to senior business and technology stakeholders, building strong relationships and identifying opportunities to expand ZS's impact.
• Drive business growth through solution development, proposal creation, account expansion, and strategic client engagement.
• Ensure scalable, secure, and compliant technology solutions aligned with industry best practices and ZS standards.
• Lead and mentor global cross-functional teams, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, continuous learning, and operational excellence.
• Contribute to ZS thought leadership by developing capabilities, reusable assets, AI-driven offerings, and points of view on emerging technologies and Life Sciences innovation.

What You'll Bring -

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in technology consulting, digital transformation, enterprise technology delivery, or IT services.
• Proven experience leading complex, multi-workstream technology programs and large global delivery teams.
• Strong experience working with Life Sciences, Healthcare, Pharmaceutical, Biotechnology, or Medical Technology clients.
• Strong hands-on experience with Databricks and/or Snowflake, including implementation of Medallion Architecture, cloud-native data platforms, and AI-ready data foundations that support advanced analytics, Generative AI, and Agentic AI solutions for enterprise clients.
• 
  Proven experience leveraging Generative AI, Agentic AI, LLMs, and intelligent automation to solve complex business challenges and accelerate digital transformation across Life Sciences and healthcare organizations.
• Experience developing client-facing technology strategies, proposals, business cases, and executive presentations.
• Strong program management, stakeholder management, and people leadership skills.
• Ability to bridge business strategy and technology execution while influencing senior client stakeholders.
• Proven track record of delivering high-quality outcomes in fast-paced consulting environments.
• Experience in global delivery models and managing cross-functional teams across geographies.
• Prior experience within a professional services or management consulting organization is strongly preferred.
