Role Overview:
We are hiring for our sister app, Eaze, an Emotional wellness platform. Currently, we operate in Telugu, Tamil, Kannada, Malayalam, Hindi and Odia. As we expand rapidly, we are seeing significant growth.
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Tele Caller to join our team. The Tele Caller will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential leads, understanding the role needs, and offering suitable services & onboarding them to the platform. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to handle rejections professionally.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing Wellness Buddies to inform them about products and services.
- Follow up on leads generated through various marketing campaigns.
- Maintain detailed records of host interactions and transactions.
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets.
- Provide accurate and timely information to Wellness buddies.
- Stay updated with the latest products, services, and promotional offers.
- Train & Onboarding new Wellness Buddies as per Guidelines of App.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Proven experience as a Tele Caller or in a similar role.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in Odia & Hindi, and must be fluent in English (read, write and speak).
- Ability to handle Wellness buddy rejection and remain patient.
- Basic knowledge of computer operations, CRM & Excel.
- Strong listening and negotiation skills with a positive attitude and ability to work in a team.
