Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Telephony Engineer with 5+ years of expertise in integrating and managing enterprise telephony platforms. You will be responsible for configuring and maintaining SIP-based call flows, CTI integrations, and multi-platform telephony environments to support enterprise-grade communication systems.

Responsibilities:

  • Design, configure, and maintain SIP trunks, call routing, and dial plans.
  • Integrate telephony platforms with CTI and enterprise systems.
  • Collaborate with network engineers to optimize QoS for voice traffic.
  • Ensure high availability and redundancy across telephony environments.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot SIP signaling and RTP streams.
  • Document call flows, configurations, and integration standards.
  • Collaborate with AI/ML and integration teams for seamless API-level integrations.
  • Ensure compliance with enterprise-grade security standards.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience with enterprise telephony solutions.
  • Strong knowledge of SIP, RTP, and VoIP protocols.
  • Hands-on experience with Avaya, Genesys, Cisco, or Twilio.
  • Familiar with CTI integrations and SBCs.
  • Relevant certifications are a plus.
