Summary:
As a Test Automation Engineer, a typical day involves applying structured quality processes and leveraging automation tools to enhance testing products and solutions. The role requires overseeing the entire quality engineering lifecycle with a strong emphasis on automation, ensuring that testing activities are executed with precision and reliability. This position focuses on improving the overall control, accuracy, and integrity of testing outcomes, contributing to the delivery of high-quality software products through continuous process improvements and innovative testing strategies.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance testing efficiency and effectiveness.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.
- Coordinate cross-functional collaboration to ensure alignment of testing objectives with overall project goals.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Veeva CRM testing.
- Strong knowledge of automation frameworks and testing methodologies.
- Experience in designing and executing automated test scripts to validate software functionality.
- Ability to analyze test results and troubleshoot issues to ensure product quality.
- Familiarity with continuous integration and continuous deployment processes related to test automation.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail in quality assurance activities.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Veeva CRM testing.
- This position is based at our Mumbai office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
