Test Engineer – Automation
Experience: 4 – 7 years
Responsibilities
Design and execute manual and automated test cases for web and mobile applications.
Develop and maintain automated test suites using tools like Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright.
Perform functional, regression, integration, and performance testing across modules including campaign workflows, resource management, and AI features.
Collaborate with developers, product owners, and QA engineers to ensure test coverage and early defect detection.
Implement BDD practices using tools like Cucumber, SpecFlow, or Behave.
Conduct API testing using Postman, Newman, or similar tools.
Participate in CI/CD pipeline integration for automated testing and reporting.
Document test results, track bugs, and support UAT processes.
Skills & Experience
3+ years of experience in software testing and QA automation.
Proficiency in test automation frameworks (Selenium, Cypress, Playwright).
Experience with BDD tools (Cucumber, SpecFlow, Behave).
Strong understanding of SDLC, STLC, and Agile methodologies.
Familiarity with API testing, CI/CD pipelines, and version control (Git).
Knowledge of performance testing tools (e.g., JMeter, k6).
Excellent analytical, debugging, and communication skills.
Experience testing microservices, multi-cloud environments, and event-driven architectures.
Exposure to LLM-based features and testing AI-driven components.
Familiarity with workflow automation tools (e.g., Camunda, n8n).
Understanding of security testing and compliance validation.
Summary:
As a Test Automation Engineer, you will engage in a dynamic environment where you will utilize quality processes and automation tools to enhance testing products and solutions. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement automation strategies, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of testing processes, and continuously seeking improvements in quality engineering functions. You will play a crucial role in transforming traditional testing methodologies into automated solutions, thereby contributing to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the testing lifecycle.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Develop and maintain automated test scripts to ensure comprehensive test coverage.
- Collaborate with development teams to integrate automated testing into the software development lifecycle.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Automated Testing.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Agile Testing, System Integration Testing (SIT), Performance Testing Strategy.
- Strong understanding of test automation frameworks and tools.
- Experience in scripting languages such as Python, Java, or JavaScript.
- Familiarity with continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) practices.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Automated Testing.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
