Summary:
As a Test Automation Lead, a typical day involves spearheading the evolution of testing practices to establish a seamless and efficient quality engineering process. This role focuses on enhancing the overall testing framework by integrating advanced tools and methodologies that ensure precision and reliability. The position requires driving innovation in testing strategies to create more predictive and intelligent automation solutions, thereby elevating the quality and integrity of deliverables across projects. Collaboration and continuous improvement are central to the daily activities, fostering a culture of excellence in quality assurance.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead initiatives to improve testing processes and implement best practices within the team.
- Mentor and support team members to enhance their skills and performance.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to align testing objectives with overall project goals.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Automated Testing, Salesforce Testing.
- Strong expertise in designing and implementing automated test scripts and frameworks.
- Experience with continuous integration and continuous deployment pipelines to support automated testing.
- Ability to analyze complex systems and develop effective testing strategies that improve quality and efficiency.
- Familiarity with various testing tools and technologies that support automation and quality assurance.
- Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to automated test execution and reporting.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Automated Testing.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
