Project Role Description : Lead the transformation of testing into a continuous and efficient end-to-end quality engineering function through the use of quality processes, tools, and methodologies significantly improving control, accuracy and integrity. Evolve more predictive and intelligent testing approaches based on automation and innovative testing products and solutions.

Summary:
As a Test Automation Lead, you will be at the forefront of transforming testing into a continuous and efficient end-to-end quality engineering function. Your typical day will involve leading initiatives that enhance quality processes, tools, and methodologies, significantly improving control, accuracy, and integrity in testing. You will work collaboratively with various teams to evolve predictive and intelligent testing approaches, leveraging automation and innovative testing products and solutions to drive excellence in quality engineering.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME.
- Collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge in testing methodologies.
- Continuously assess and improve testing processes to ensure optimal efficiency and effectiveness.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Experience in Insurance domain, mainframe testing and any migration testing
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Mainframe Testing, Java, Spring Boot, Functional Test Planning.
- Experience with automated testing frameworks and tools.
- Strong understanding of software development life cycle and testing methodologies.
- Ability to analyze complex systems and identify areas for improvement.
- Familiarity with performance testing and load testing techniques.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Mainframe Testing.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
