A Test Engineer I is an entry-level role focused on ensuring the quality and reliability of software, hardware, or systems through structured testing processes. This position supports the development team by identifying defects, validating functionality, and contributing to the delivery of high-quality products.

- Develop and execute test plans and test cases based on system specifications.
- Perform manual and automated testing (e.g., regression, system, load, and acceptance testing).
- Identify, document, and report software defects and inconsistencies accurately and thoroughly.
- Collaborate with developers to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
- Analyze test results and provide feedback to project teams.
- Maintain and update test environments and scripts.
- Participate in product design reviews to offer input on testability.
- Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and post-release validation.
Your Qualifications
- Experience of 2 to 5 years in Agile project methodology and test management.
- Familiarity with QA methodologies and Agile frameworks.
- Basic knowledge of test management tools (e.g., qTest, Zephyr) and SQL.
- Understanding of programming languages (e.g., Java, Python, C++).
- Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking.
- Good communication and documentation skills.
