Ascendon R&D is excited to announce that we are expanding our specialist R&D teams in Bangalore. These teams are responsible for delivering new features for CSG’s cloud based digital BSS Ascendon Platform. An exciting opportunity currently exists for a Test Automation Engineer Engineer with product development experience to join our growing R&D team.
We are looking for a Test Engineer I who will:
- You will drive the development and execution of automated and manual tests for a wide range of APIs utilizing multiple technologies and platforms.
- You will translate complex test scenarios into effective, intuitive, and repeatable automated tests.
- You will collaborate with developers, testers, users and cross functional teams to continuously enhance the testing of our applications and provide technical leadership to solve problems.
Is this opportunity right for you? We are looking for candidates who:
- 1 - 3 years of experience in manual and automation testing.
- Basic knowledge on C#.NET , MS SQL Server and Web services
- Review Module Definitions or Design Specifications and create test scripts and test data under direction from senior staff.
- Modify test scripts and test data.
- Execute basic test scripts and record results.
- Attend walk-throughs of new functionality
- Prepare and provide demos for the tested features.
- Keep Testing Leader informed of delays in testing activities or problems arising from variances.
