The Oncology team is looking for a Commercial Director who will lead the commercial organization of Marketing and the customer-facing SME organization (HSP) for our growing Thoracic and Genitourinary Cancer Portfolio. This portfolio consists of Lorbrena and Talzenna today but is expected to launch many new assets in the next three yars in Lung Cancer, Bladder Cancer and Prostate Cancer. Lorbrena is an International Knot and Priority Brand for Pfizer Japan as one of the driving perofmrances behind out future growth potential. Talzenna is a standard product with a unique label expansion expected in 2026 that will accelerate significant growth potential for Pfizer Japan. This leadership role will be responsible for delivering ~$60M revenue target in 2026OP that is expected to more than double to ~$130M in 2028. The Director will manage an organization of ~21 people including ~10 Marketers and 1 HSP Customer Facing Team of ~10, requiring seasoned leadership experience and people management skills. Specifically to lead customer facing team, the Director will set effective KPIs to assess HSP's performance and guide the execution in the field.
Lorbrena is being expected to grow significantly over the next several years based upon the CROWN data. It will require a strategic thinking commercial leader who can deliver the growth expected and win against a local powerhouse in Chugai who has larger and well-resourced team. This leader will also need to think about how we expand from a niche product player in Lung Cancer to a Premier player in the broader Lung ancer space as we plan to launch multiple new innovative assets with potential indication in Lung Cancer and Head and Neck Cancers.
Talzenna is being expected to grow significantly over the next several years based upon the recent TP2 data that is expected to expand the Talzenna label in Japan to include a larger set of patients. It will require a strategic thinking commercial leader who can deliver the growth expected with very little initial resourcing. This leader will need to accelerate growth with little lean resources in 26 and prepare for a much larger GU presence in 2027 and 2028 as we prepare to launch new assets in Bladder Cancer and Prostate Cancer.
The Director will effectively activate a newly created customer facing HSP team to deliver the scientific value as well as commercial ambitions across both Lung and GU cancers as we aspire to become the Premier Oncology Company in Japan.
