Job Summary:
As an Operations Specialist within Asset Management Middle Office Operations, you ensure seamless monitoring of outsourced functions.
You proactively identify and resolve issues impacting trading balances and support key operational processes.
You collaborate across teams to deliver high-quality service and maintain operational integrity.
Job Responsibilities:

• Monitor outsourced middle office and operations functions.
• Identify and escalate issues affecting front office positions.
• Notify Portfolio Managers of trading balance discrepancies.
• Respond promptly to queries on account transitions and onboarding.
• Input proxy votes on vendor portals per Portfolio Manager direction.
• Understand and process various financial products.
• Manage mailbox and address operational requests efficiently.
• Report daily KPIs and metrics with accuracy.
• Collaborate with cross-functional and geographical teams.
• Ensure compliance with asset management and accounting principles.
• Adapt to US/EMEA working hours as required.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills:

• Demonstrate strong academic background with minimum 4 years of relevant experience.
• Communicate fluently in English, both verbal and written.
• Exhibit high attention to detail and professionalism.
• Work independently and proactively seek guidance when needed.
• Build effective relationships with peers and managers.
• Organize tasks efficiently and meet tight deadlines.
• Report KPIs and metrics with precision.

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills:

• Apply knowledge of investment products and securities markets.
• Utilize advanced MS Office skills, ideally to macro level.
• Manage risk awareness in client-focused operations.
• Handle reconciliation, trades, corporate actions, and proxy voting.
• Partner effectively with LOB and functional teams.
• Demonstrate initiative and positive outlook in challenging situations.
• Leverage experience with market data providers.
