Job Summary
As a Trade lifecycle Senior Team Member within the Custody Stock Reconciliations team, you will be responsible for performing a range of functions related to stock and cash reconciliations. You will leverage your knowledge to ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies efficiently. Your role will be pivotal in maintaining high standards of service and operational integrity.
Job Responsibilities
- Perform asset (stock) and cash reconciliations
- Investigate and research discrepancies
- Understand breaks and provide analytical reasoning
- Meet or exceed defined SLAs for quality and TAT
- Work on metrics, dashboards, and reporting documents
- Participate in hub calls and liaise with business units
- Resolve breaks and address daily queries promptly
- Utilize TLM/TLM Premium for reconciliation tasks
- Apply data validation controls effectively
- Collaborate with resolver groups for issue resolution
- Ensure compliance with process expectations
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Hold a B. Com, M. Com, BBA, or MBA degree
- Minimum 6 months of experience in stock/cash reconciliations
- Demonstrate time management and organizational skills
- Exhibit attention to detail and analytical skills
- Partner effectively with peers and stakeholders
- Communicate well both orally and in writing
- Utilize Alteryx and Tableau knowledge
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Apply working experience with TLM/TLM Premium
- Understand data validation controls
- Leverage knowledge in asset servicing and corporate actions
- Utilize securities lending and trade/settlements expertise
- Demonstrate proficiency in feed validation and maintenance
- Exhibit skills in out-of-proof checks
- Collaborate effectively in a team environment
