Job Responsibilities:
1.Provide L1 support for desktops, laptops, and peripherals
2.Troubleshoot hardware, Windows OS, MS Office, and basic applications
3.Handle user queries via calls, emails, and tickets
4.Assist with system updates, configurations, and IT setups (laptops/desktops)
5.Support basic LAN/Wi-Fi and printer issues
6.Maintain records of IT assets and incidents
7.Escalate unresolved issues to L2/senior IT staff
