What You'll Be Doing
Own and manage all translation-related tasks for assigned studies, including internal and external coordination.
Lead screenshot development and proofreading, ensuring quality control across deliverables.
Manage translation vendors, project budgets, and timelines, escalating issues as needed.
Facilitate client-facing meetings and communications, including CRO and vendor interactions.
Provide SME guidance on linguistic validation, EC/IRB submission strategies, and copyright holder management.
Troubleshoot technical issues impacting translation builds and train vendors on technical file usage.
Support continuous improvement initiatives and mentor new team members.
What We Look For
Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
Minimum 2–3 years of project management experience.
Strong attention to detail and proofreading skills.
Proven ability to meet timelines and collaborate cross-functionally.
Experience in regulated environments; life sciences or translations industry preferred.
Familiarity with software development processes.
