Credit Control Skills Required:
- Minimum of 5-10 years of Credit control/Collection experience
- Analyzing overdue ageing reports, bad debt reports and sending follow-ups to customers on a timely basis
- Support Cash Application team for any queries related to unidentified payments and help them identify the customers
- Audit requests – Providing necessary documentation and supporting data
- Proficiency in Microsoft package (Word/Excel/Power Point). Power BI Knowledge is an added advantage
- Knowledge of Workday preferred
- Take accountability and end-to-end ownership of the tasks managed
- Decision making capability and Attention to detail
- Customer Centricity (Stakeholder Centricity)
- Good Communication & Stakeholder Management skills
- Strong Time Management skill, ability to work under pressure
