As a Vice President in the Closely Held Asset Management (CHAM) team, you oversee financial and valuation analysis for closely held assets. You manage and coach a team of analysts and associates, ensuring high-quality deliverables and regulatory compliance.
Job Responsibilities
- Perform reviews and quality checks on financial and operating performance analyses
- Critically assess asset valuations and underlying assumptions
- Develop and deliver training materials for team upskilling
- Manage team assignments and conduct daily huddles
- Plan and oversee workflow to meet global delivery targets
- Conduct one-on-one coaching sessions with team members
- Present management review decks and manage stakeholder relationships
- Analyze economic developments and provide relevant feedback
- Manage deliverables and respond to ad hoc queries
- Handle tight timelines and conflicting priorities
- Support organization-wide initiatives and contribute to team success
Required Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills
- Demonstrate 10+ years of relevant work experience
- Exhibit expertise in financial statement and tax return analysis
- Apply thorough understanding of business fundamentals
- Utilize advanced valuation methodologies to solve complex queries
- Review financial models and produce high-quality financial writing
- Lead and motivate cross-functional and geographically diverse teams
- Manage escalations and liaise with internal and external stakeholders
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills
- Hold CFA or CA certification
- Display strong academic background
- Adapt quickly to changing priorities and manage change effectively
- Mentor and develop junior team members
- Communicate complex information clearly and concisely
- Engage proactively with global partners and stakeholders
- Demonstrate strong analysis and problem-solving skills
