Role Overview
We are seeking a UI/UX Designer passionate about creating seamless user journeys. You will collaborate with the product and development teams to design engaging interfaces that simplify complex healthcare workflows and enhance user satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Design user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups.
Collaborate with product managers and developers to ensure intuitive UI/UX.
Conduct user research and usability testing to refine designs.
Maintain design consistency across platforms and contribute to design systems.
Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and best practices.
Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Design/Multimedia or equivalent experience.
1–3 years of experience in UI/UX design (health-tech/startup exposure is a plus).
Proficiency in Figma and Adobe XD (Photoshop/Illustrator is a bonus).
Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and responsive design.
Ability to turn complex problems into simple, elegant design solutions.
