Overview:
We’re hiring a Graphic & UI/UX Designer with strong financial domain understanding to design high-performance digital experiences for real estate and specialty finance platforms.
This role blends product design, financial UX, and high-level visual communication.
You will work directly with product, marketing, and engineering to build clean, intelligent, data-driven interfaces.
Responsibilities:
Product & UX
- Design web and mobile interfaces for financial and real estate platforms
- Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs
- Design dashboards that simplify complex financial data
- Improve usability through testing, iteration, and analytics
Visual Design
- Create marketing assets, landing pages, presentations, and digital campaigns
- Maintain strong brand consistency across all touchpoints
Financial Design Application
- Translate financial workflows (lending, underwriting, investments, capital stacks, reporting) into intuitive UX
- Design data-heavy interfaces that remain clean and decision-focused
Requirements
- 3+ years in Graphic Design + UI/UX
- Strong portfolio showing both product design and visual design
- Proven experience designing financial, fintech, SaaS, or data-heavy platforms
- Strong understanding of financial concepts (investments, lending, dashboards, reporting)
- Expert in Figma (Adobe Suite required; motion a plus)
- Ability to think structurally, not just visually
- Clear communicator who can defend design decisions
